My heart was beating a million times a minute as I threw the borrowed kitchen knife into one of my empty drawers. She had successfully got away with everything! The room-switch with Naegi, sneaking into the kitchen and taking the weapon without any suspicious looks, everything had gone flawless. My apologies, everyone, but I absolutely have to do this. I can't let my dream go, even if I have to trigger this killing game.
I sat down at my table, putting the paper down with a light thwack once the nervousness and nausea boiling in both my stomach and throat settled down, at least a little bit. Putting the pencil onto the paper, I started to write a note. An invitation to Naegi's room, which was now my room. But he wouldn't know that, would he? That's right, the room-switching was only kept between Naegi and I.
Getting up and ripping the paper from the notepad, I ran out of the room, scanned the dorm areas, and slid the paper under the specific dorm door. Ah, yes. I'm coming for you, Kuwata-kun.
The plan has failed, he defended himself with that stupid sword before I could strike him, and broke my wrist. Now I have escaped to the bathroom. Naegi's door was a bit different from everyone else's, right? The doorframe was off, so you couldn't quite get in unless you used a certain technique. Praying that he wouldn't get in, I started to feel tears going down my face, the rattling and cracking getting louder and louder as it invaded my thoughts. Suddenly, the door opened, the redhead running over to me and piercing my stomach with the knife I had dropped. Gasping in pain and utter shock, I tried to leave a dying message, aware that there was no saving me now.
I was going to die. My dream cannot be saved now.
And there was my dying message in all of my glory, written with my good hand. 11037. In other words, turned 180 degrees, LEON. Kuwata Leon.
