Greetings, you wish to know the story of Lightning, yes?
Well then, sit down my Dears, For this will be a fairly long, and odd tale
This is the Tale, of Lightning, The She-Cat who struck like the forces of Nature...
Lightning wasn't born a 'Hero', so to speak.
She was born to Juniper, A Tabby and White She-Cat, and Kinks, a Tall, Broad shouldered, A Light tan Speckled Tom, in a litter of about, Five kits, and she was the third-born.
She was, actually pretty skinny for a new-born kit, and her mother would sometimes fuss over her not eating enough, and so on.
When she was around three moons old, her mother had to move their den to a new area, because a small band of Unfriendly Cats had moved in near them, and Juniper thought it best to leave them alone
