SHATTEREDCLAN CAMP ShatteredClan houses themselves in a cave in the side of a not-so-tall-but-still-high Mountain. There's tunnels for each den; No snow gets too far from the entrance of the cavern, and it's very insulated for heat, making it a very thermaled cave.
LEADER'S DEN: A large cavern at the top of the cave with a "stairwell" of rocks leading up to it. It's very easy to find it, but not as easy to get up to it unless you're born-and-raised in the Mountains.
MEDICINE CAT'S DEN: The Medicine Cat houses themselves in a small cave just below the Leader's den. It's a little larger than the Leader's Den so they can keep the herbs in check and in neat piles. There's also an area for sick and injured cats to stay.
WARRIOR'S DEN: The Warrior's den is a large cave below the Medicine Cat den, and is a lot larger. It's large and tall and has "shelves" on the walls so Warriors can sleep in the high shelves while other warriors sleep on the floor. It's comfort for everyone.
APPRENTICES' DEN: The Apprentice's den is at the same level as the Warriors' Den, but a little bit smaller. It has shelves just like the Warriors' Den, but they're a little smaller than the ones in the Warriors. The rock is also smoother on the bottom than the Warriors', since Apprentices tend more to roll around in their sleep than Warriors do.
NURSERY: A large, smooth-bottomed cavern just below the Apprentice and Warriors' dens. It's very smooth on the bottom and there's no shelves on the sides of the walls. For the most part it's very bland.
ELDERS' DEN: The Elders' den is a spacious, but smaller den on the bottom level of the dens. The floors are jagged, as there haven't been many elders thus-far, and tend to be uncomfortable.

Nightmist hung in the corner on the Warriors den. His eyes waved about frantically as he thought about getting his paws on fresh prey. There wasnt much in the fresh kill pile due to the shortage of warriors and apprentices. The tom raised his large and masculine shoulders, his rear following. His head twitched to the side and he stalked out of the den graciously. His eyes waved around for the leader. Soon he spotted him, Stormstar. That cat looked like he would be too fancy for the life of a warrior. His perfect tuxedo coat and his bright green eyes. What a kittypet. Nightmist strutted over to the leader, holding his head high making sure there was no slouching. " Stormstar, can I have your permission to go out hunting for the camp? I'm hungry and the pile seems to be very low," he asked in his gravelly voice.

Stormstar glanced at him casually and flicked an ear, shaking himself. "Hunt for yourself, then. Until we have a few more Warriors, every cat hunts for himself." He meowed, flicking his tail. "No need for permission, Nightmist."

Nightmist bowed his head to his leader and flung his body around, walking slowly out of the camp. No need for permission, Nightmist he repeated in his head mockingly. But, to work his plan he needed to suck up to his leader. He stopped and turned around calling back to his leader, "Are you sure you don't want me to pick up a piece of prey for you?" He awaited an answer.

"Stop your suckupping." He snorted and cleaned his face. "If you paid attention, you'd know I had a lovely dove today. Now go do something with yourself before I do something about you."
((Oh, and just for the record, he's not "perfectly groomed," he just has short fur. So he doesn't really look like a kittypet, since he's still ratty and scarred. He's just got naturally short fur.))

Nightmist's eyes got wide. The green eyes shone like two moss piles on his eyes. He was surprised at his leader. Then he began to chuckle. "You've got sharp eyes, sir," he said with a side grin. The cat stumbled out of the camp and went out to hunt. The snow tickled at his toes and it make him skip away. He had horrible hunting skills but he was hungry and had to try his hardest. He switched his ears from side to side capturing each movement in the ground through his ears. The reading had said that there was a mouse to the left and two doves singing in the trees to the right. The mouse would be easier, so he left for the mouse. The tom stalked the mouse. It was a decent size and would spare his hunger for another day. He smirked as he stalked the mouse. It was male. Clawing his way through the snow he lunged himself into the air through his powerful back legs and landed right on the mouse. It was his first catch in awhile and he was happy to say that he caught a nice piece of prey. Nightmist picked it up and trotted back home.

Stormstar licked his paw and rubbed his face. "That I do. Being raised in the woods has its virtues." He commented as he watched the cat leave.

(I am awaiting Ray's answer for my starclan app) Tigershadow padded around camp, opening her maw to see if it were going to rain. Indeed, it smelled like rain, so she went over to the entrance and peeked out. Tigershadow had noticed that Nightmist had gone out of camp, so she waited his return for her turn to go out before it started to rain.

Nightmist dragged himself into the cave, unaware that he had just shouldered Tigershadow out of his way. He clamped on his prey with his sharp and dagger-like teeth. As soon as he became conscious of what he had done, he wrinkled his nose and snorted. "Watch where your going," he snickered with a mouth full of fur. "Enjoy getting your fur wet." He rolled his shoulders and walked back into the camp, plopping down.

"Fine with me fuzz-brain" Tigershadow said after his rude comment. She smirk as she went out of the cave, it wasnt so wet. Nightmist was over exaggerating a little. Just a little bit of damp ground wouldn't stop her. Tigershadow bounded out of camp, the wet moss springy under her paws. Tigershadow opened her maw, scenting the air for prey. The black and white striped she-cat crouched down, scenting a large, plump dove nearby. She stalked forward, the white dove in her view. Her paws hit the ground noiselessly. Tigershadow stalked a little more, wiggled her haunches and pounced, sucsessfully catching the dove. She hunted a little more, catching a total of three prey. A plump dove, a pika and a mouse. Tigershadow carried those back to camp, stalking proudly into the den, her jaws clamped on her prey.

Nightmist tore into his prey. The fresh meat was as warm as the summer days. It was so delicious. He wolfed the rest of it down and licked the blood off of his lips. He wrinkled his nose, trying to savor the taste that slowly left his mouth. When he heard splashing of wet paws walking back into the den he looked at the corner of his eye. Tigershadow carried a plump dove, a pike, and a mouse! He grunted and strutted away as if he did not care.

Tigershadow put down two of the prey in the pile and took the dove for herself. She slowly ate the dove, savoring the fresh warm meat. (Short! DX)

Stormstar watched his Clan mill around and a wicked grin flooded his face, wild as a coyote with the Foaming Mouth Disease. ShatteredClan will be growing stronger by the day, he thought to himself. And as we grow we'll need more Mountain territory. And when we need more Mountain territory... he glanced at the direction of EmberClan. ...The mountain territory will be easy to receive.

Nightmist watched his leader. A grin that he had never seen before was slapped onto Stormstar's face. Nightmist watched his leader face the Emberclan territory. Nightmist gave a smirk, sneaking up behind his leader. None of his steps were heard. When he approached Stormstar he shifted his shoulders and spoke with his hoarse voice, "Thinking about the battle for territory so soon, leader?" Maybe Storm star wasn't so different from him. Maybe they wanted the same thing? Glory?

Stormstar's pelt momentarily puffed out in surprise and he whipped his head around to meet Nightmist's gaze. Sighing in relief that it wasn't a threat he was facing, his fur naturally lay as flat as an Otter's fur. "Perhaps." He meowed. "Why do you ask? Does my face give it away that easily, Nightmist?" The warrior's name came out in a disdainful hiss; He scratched his ear with a hind leg. "Or are you hoping to find a common between us?"
