Silentheart padded through camp her tan and black paws touching the ground lightly and then coming up again. She let out a hiss of annoyance as she glanced at the fresh-kill pile. She looked around for any warriors or apprentices to go on an emergency prey patrol with her. Her blue eyes flashed in the lighting like daggers as she scanned the camp. Her claws unseathed and reseathed as they always did when she was annoyed. She walked into the warrior's den.

Fallstar padded into camp, his jaws filled with two pieces of prey. His hard paws padded across the hot sand to the fresh-kill pile, dropping one of the lizards in the pile. His jaws stretched had he let out a huge yawn. Hopping onto the Highrock, he settled down and started eating his lizard.

Silentheart watched Fallstar do so and sighed. She figured she'd let the warriors and apprentices get some sleep... for now. She padded out of camp tail following behind. She gave one last glance to the camp before walking the rest of the way out.

Honeytongue was laying down, tired of being so lethargic and, well, tired. Getting to her paws, she started to pad over to the clan entrance. Ears swiveling back, she started walking back. Maybe later, leaving camp made her feel a little on the uneasy side. Maybe it was because she felt more 'indoorsy' today. It was one of those lazy days.

Silentheart padded into camp, a lizard in her jaws. She tossed it onto the prey-pile. Spotting Honeytongue she hissed and padded up to the warrior,''I expect something on the fresh-kill pile by the end of the day from you.'' she mewed, the deputy disliked Honeytongue because of the ribbon in her fur. She shot an icy glance at the warrior,''Is this understood?''

The young lady flinched, almost jumping in the air completely. Ears pinning to her skull and tail tucked in between her haunches, Honeytongue turned her head away in a form of submission. "Y-Yes, Ma'am....! You are the deputy!"
(wait why is the ribbon thing a problem)

Silentheart nodded to the young warrior and mewed,''Good.'' in a lighter tone. She turned and walked away paws silently tapping the floor before she brought them up again as the headed toward the medicine cat dent to check on supplies. She peaked her head into the den and looked around for their medicine cat.

Fallstar glared at Silentheart. He jumped off a stone and stopped her in her tracks. "Just because you are my deputy, does not mean that you can insult my warriors!" He hissed, his tone sharp, filled with anger. His amber eyes were filled with anger, "You are pressing your luck with me. I'll speak to Honeytounge about her Twoleg markings." He was tempted to swat at her, but refrained from doing so. He padded over to Honeytounge, "Honeytounge, you do not have to be so submissive to Silentheart. But out here in the desert, that... ribbon? Is not acceptable. It may not seem that it's making you hot, but that and your pelt will quickly lead to heat stroke. I suggest getting rid of it immediately." He meowed.

Silentheart dipped her head,''I'm sorry Fallstar.'' she mewed and sighed to herself. 'I have to be nicer' she thought to herself,'But, Ive never been a particularly nice cat. Uh, how can I be nice? Who's nice?' she looked around,'Honeytongue is scared of me, Fallstar is on end with me. Uh, who else is nice?' she merged deeper into her thoughts as she stood there awkwardly. She muttered,''Shadowclaw?'' she thought,'Nah, we don't talk much it would be weird if I all of a sudden started talking to him.' she sighed again, no role-model at all. She figured she would decide a role-model later.

She felt her stomach drop to the ground. Such a little problem just because of a little piece of cloth? Sure, it wasn't any kind of family heirloom or anything, but she was wearing it for so long now, even when she was an apprentice. "I suppose so, but I'd just like to ask if you could tell me how it would cause any heat stroke. I'm only wearing it upon my tufts, and it flows around quite easily. Not to mention that it is white, and would not absorb as much heat." Would this count as questioning? Hopefully the leader wouldn't get too mad at her for those questions. Maybe she should've had some second thoughts...

Fallstar shook his head. "You also never know when Twolegs might invade our desert. They might mistake you as... What was it? Oh yes, a kittypet." He mewed distastefully. "And it can grow quite hot out here," he continued, kicking some sand behind him. "Now, think about my choice Honeytounge. To either be insulted about your kittypet past, or get rid of it entirely." With that, he padded off.

Her ears pinned to her skull once again, and nodded, quickly untying the ribbon and digging a hole to bury it almost immediately. She was about to speak, but realized that the leader had already left. Just a little ribbon could make twolegs think that... It was a little hard to believe, but it was the leaders orders.
